Pisco Sour Recipe

Who's ready for a Pisco Sour?

Here's our recipe for Peru's national cocktail:


  • 4 parts pisco⁠
  • 2 parts simple syrup⁠
  • 2 parts lime juice (Have key limes? Even better.)⁠
  • Splash of egg white⁠


  1. Put ingredients in a blender without ice. Blend for 4 seconds.
  2. After blending put Pisco mixture in an ice filled shaker. Shake for 15 seconds.⁠
  3. Add a few angostura bitter drops, and serve.⁠
