Who's ready for a Pisco Sour?
Here's our recipe for Peru's national cocktail:
- 4 parts pisco
- 2 parts simple syrup
- 2 parts lime juice (Have key limes? Even better.)
- Splash of egg white
- Put ingredients in a blender without ice. Blend for 4 seconds.
- After blending put Pisco mixture in an ice filled shaker. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Add a few angostura bitter drops, and serve.
