Peruvian Highland Wool

Peruvian Highland Wool is a high-quality wool that comes from Peruvian Highland sheep. Highland sheep are a crossbreed between the Merino and Corridale sheep. The Merino aspect contributes to the Highland Wool's softness and the Corridale makes it durable.

Typically, they live in the Peruvian highlands of the Andes mountains (6,000 feet +). It's natural environment makes the wool particularly dense with its micron ranging between 24.5mic to 28.5mic.
